Welcome to Cheshire Games and Toys – a family store!

Craftsmanship, toys and games goes back 4 generations in my family. My great-grandfather who immigrated from Italy was constantly in his basement workshop designing, creating and finishing. He would get inspiration from his childhood and the world around him, and delighted in watching people struggle to solve his latest creation. On weekends, children would come to the house to see what new toy, game or puzzle he had created.

My grandfather was an engineer, entrepreneur and furniture maker. He delights in creativity and always encourages us to work harder. My father has a flair for technology and design, teaching students how to create and innovate for the 21st
century.

Our family loves games and puzzles of all kinds. Our favourite thing to do as a family is pull out a new game to learn. We have found that often the oldest games seem simple, but turn out to be complex and very entertaining!

With Cheshire Games and Toys, our goal is to share our family’s traditions with you. We combine traditional puzzles and techniques from our family with modern designs and tools. Each of our products is custom designed, built and finished by hand.
